Transit is a demand responsive, origin to destination, advanced reservations, shared ride transportation services that is provided for Carroll County. Transit is open to the public including persons with disabilities.

The Transportation Advisory Committee (TAC) consists of members that have the purpose to obtain information about matters related to transportation and to make recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners for the County that affect and improve transportation for anyone desiring to use this service to maintain mobility and the quality of life.
