Holmes and Carroll Counties have received new Demolition and Site Revitalization grants. Holmes and Carroll County wish to pre-qualify contractors to provide demolition services for the new grants. Some contractors wish to qualify for both, so we are making that process easier. You will only need to turn in one submission and note in your Proposal Letter which county (or counties) you wish to be qualified for. Qualifications must be received no later than 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 4, 2026.
