Established in December of 1999, the Carroll County Park District serves the residents, businesses and visitors of Carroll County. The Park District presently has two parks – Carroll Community Park and The Bluebird Farm Park. Our goal is to preserve, conserve and provide recreational opportunities for all to enjoy. The Bluebird Farm Park is best known for its serene setting, restaurant, gift shop, toy museum, Amphitheater and concerts, and most importantly, the gardens, trails and arboretum.
