About The Title Department
The Carroll County Title Department, under the direction of the Clerk of Courts, is responsible for issuing automobile titles, watercraft titles, and mobile home titles. Our office handles all aspects of vehicle title services, from initial titling to transfers, replacements, and lien releases.
We maintain accurate records of all titled vehicles and watercraft in Carroll County and ensure compliance with Ohio title and registration laws. Our staff is available to assist with all title-related questions and transactions.
