Carroll County Board of Developmental Disabilities

Carroll Hills School provides classroom instruction for students ages 5–21 who have multiple disabilities including speech or motor delays and behavioral difficulties. Students reside in Carroll County and are enrolled in one of the following public schools: Brown Local, Carrollton Exempted Village Schools, Conotton Valley, Edison Local, Minerva Local, and Sandy Valley.

The school also offers an Integrated Preschool Program which serves students with special needs and typically developing peers who serve as classmates.
