About The Law Library
The Carroll County Law Library provides legal research resources, reference materials, and research assistance to attorneys, judges, legal professionals, and members of the public. Our collection includes legal statutes, case law, legal treatises, practice guides, and other materials essential for legal research and practice.
The library is located on the third floor of the Carroll County Courthouse and is available by appointment only to ensure personalized service and efficient use of our resources.

The Law Library is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM by appointment only. To reserve the library and ensure a law librarian is available to assist you, please contact us in advance.
