Map Office Guidelines for E-filing:

All deeds MUST be faxed, emailed or delivered to the office at least 24 business hours prior to recording. Deeds do not have to be executed for the pre-approval process. If an E-file arrives without pre-approval it will go to review and will not be completed till the following business day. E-recordings are done in the order they are received. By our guidelines we do have 48 hours to process all deeds but we strive to complete them in 24 hours.

Auditor’s Office Guidelines for E-filing:

Per our office guidelines we will have 48 hours to review and process all deeds. Once the deed is approved by the Map Office, the Auditor’s Office will review the deed and conveyance form. If the deed or conveyance form is rejected the time will restart as soon as we receive the corrected conveyance form or deed.
