Carroll County Courthouse Bell Tower Renovation

The Carroll County Commissioners are announcing the Bell Tower Renovation project is set to begin July 15, 2019. The completion date is expected to be on or before January 31, 2020 and the renovation will encompass both the inside and outside of the bell tower which sits atop of the Carroll County Courthouse.

Commissioners urge visitors use extreme caution while exiting, entering and walking around the courthouse during the construction process.

Commissioners accepted the bid from NR Lee Restoration, LTD of Delphos, Ohio in the amount of $709,000 to complete the project. NR Lee will utilize a 45-foot crane and scaffolding to complete the outside renovations.
