Carroll County Job and Family Services Public Assistance Programs Limited – August 23, 24 and 27, 2018 Office Closure on Friday August 24, 2018

Due to the statewide conversion of all SNAP and TANF public assistance benefits into the Ohio Benefits System, the Carroll County Job and Family Services will not be able to access case information for public assistance programs from Thursday August 23, 2018 through Monday August 27, 2018.  During the Statewide computer conversion, the call center will also be closed.  Paper applications will be available to be completed for all public assistance programs at the agency on Thursday and Monday during our normal working hours.

The agency will be closed to the public on Friday August 24, 2018 to conduct agency-wide training.  The agency drop box is available on the door at the Administrative Offices entrance at 95 East Main St. Carrollton for the public to drop off applications or documents.   Reports of suspected child abuse and neglect of adults or children can be made by calling the Carroll Co Sheriff’s Office at 330-627-2141 during the closure day.
