Proclamation – March is Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Month

The Carroll County Commissioners received a request from Carroll County resident Ed Hale to adopt a proclamation declaring March as Multiple Sclerosis Awareness month. The proclamation was unanimously approved by the Board. You can read the proclamation here.
