The Title Department, under the direction of William R. Wohlwend, Clerk of Courts, is responsible for issuing automobile titles, watercraft titles, and mobile home titles. The Title Department is also responsible for daily operational tasks such as filing, recordkeeping and banking.

The Carroll County Clerk of Courts Title Department – located at 119 South Lisbon Street, Courthouse Ste. 401, Carrollton OH 44615 will be open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 P.M;

Effective April 1, 2021 – Public access will be as follows:
