The Veteran Service Commission is here to provide eligible veterans and their families and widows with benefits to which they may be entitled.
The Veteran Service Commission provides these services:
- Emergency/Financial Assistance provided for short term basic living needs to eligible veterans, spouses, dependent children and widows on an emergency basis.
- Grave Markers and Flags
- Transportation to and from the Wade Park VAMC
- Military Discharge, Medals and other Military Records
- Benefits, Compensation or Pension claims through the Veterans’ Affairs (VA) or VA Medical.
