The Victims Assistance Program provides services to any victim of crime in Carroll County including but not limited to court advocacy, crisis intervention, referrals, group therapy, personal advocacy, justice system assistance (both criminal and civil) and overall assistance while involved in the Carroll County criminal justice system.

The Victims Assistance Program is funded by the Victim of Crimes Act (Federal) and the State Victim Assistance Act as well as local courts.
