Proclamation – March is Developmental Disabilities Month

Mathual Campbell, Superintendent of Carroll County Board of Developmental Disabilities, appeared before the Board to request adoption of a proclamation declaring March as Developmental Disabilities Month.  Mr. Campbell read the proclamation. A copy is on file in the Commissioners’ office. The proclamation was unanimously adopted. You can view the proclamation here.
