ODNR Receives Permit Application from Rosebud Mining Company

Commissioner Wirkner advised the Board was notified by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources that they received an application for an underground coal mining and reclamation permit from Rosebud Mining Company for several locations throughout Carroll County. A copy of the letter is on file in the Commissioners’ Office.
